Dr Francis: To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what recent discussions he has had with the Prison Service on educational and training opportunities within HM prisons; and if he will make a statement. [20919]
Mr Blunt: I meet frequently with officials from the National Offender Management Service, including those responsible for prisons, and discuss a range of issues including prisoner learning and skills.
