Great Western Railway: Electrification

Dr Francis: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he plans to publish the details of the business case work prepared in respect of the electrification of the Great Western main line between Cardiff and Swansea; and if he will make a statement.
Mrs Villiers: Details of the business case work, which assisted the Department for Transport in determining the case for further Great Western electrification, was placed in the Libraries of the House on 31 March.
