Dr Francis: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what recent discussions she has had with the First Minister of the Welsh Government on planning powers for on-shore wind generation projects in Wales; and if she will make a statement.
Mrs Gillan: I have regular discussions with the First Minister about issues that affect Wales, including energy policy.
The current planning system provides a streamlined regime that minimises delays and ensures investor confidence.
