Dr Hywel Francis MP supports families campaign

Dr Hywel Francis MP for Aberavon together with USDAW, the shopworkers’ union, in the House of Commons called on the Coalition Government to help family incomes by not cutting tax credits and other benefits.
Dr Francis said,
‘I was delighted to join members of USDAW at the House of Commons and support families where one in every four children are growing up in poverty.
‘Families in my constituency of Aberavon are finding their incomes badly affected and I ask the Coalition Government to stop cutting benefits and start listening to hard pressed families.’
