Constituents are required to make a booking for a fifteen minute private appointment with Hywel during which time they can raise a particular concern or problem or lobby him to support a particular cause.
He also holds street surgeries and can arrange for his case-worker, Mr Les Rees, to visit individual constituents who have mobility or transport problems.
