New Chair of JCHR appointed (14/09/2010)
At the JCHR’s first meeting, on 8 September, Dr Hywel Francis MP was
appointed as the new Chair of the Joint Committee.
MP opposes Biomass plant application (14/09/2010)
Dr Hywel Francis has joined his Assembly Member, Dr Brian Gibbons in
calling on the Environment Agency to reject the application by Prenergy Power
to ease the operating limits for a number of emissions from its proposed
biomass plant in the centre of Port Talbot.
